Participation in C-TD.de is free of charge.
§ 2 - Cancellation
Users can delete their account at C-TD.de independently.
All acquired progress will be irretrievably lost.
§ 3 - Faking and bugusing
Any kind of faking or exploiting bugs is forbidden.
Users who are detected will lose their account at C-TD.de immediately.
§ 4 - Responsibility
C-TD.de and its employees are not liable for any damage caused by the use of the service. Especially in case of damages caused by manipulation C-TD.de is exempt from all claims against users or other third parties. Participation in our service is EXPRESSLY at your own risk!
§ 5 - Availability
C-TD.de does not guarantee constant availability of the service, however, C-TD.de will strive for a largely uninterrupted availability within the scope of technical possibilities. However, short-term downtimes due to maintenance work, which serves to maintain the service and data security, are possible.
§ 6 - Changes to the GTCs
C-TD.de is entitled to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
§ 7 - Severability clause
Should any clause of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other clauses. If a clause of these terms and conditions is invalid in only one part, the other part shall remain valid. The parties are required to replace an invalid clause with a valid substitute clause that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid clause.
